I need to get my wedding dress cleaned, as it was dragged through grass and sand, and we all know that sand gets everywhere. I don't really care about preserving it, so much as I just want to clean it and put it in an acid free box. I know that most "gown preservation" services are a big scam. Looks like we blew our wedding budget by $2300. That hurts the ol' savings account.

In our defense, that includes rings and an A/C tent that didn't actually make it into the budget calculations, and more than accounts for that difference.

We got home last night, safe and sound. Mr. and Mrs. celiskywalker were kind enough to pick us up at the airport, having let us leave our car at their place the past two weeks, and we made it home around 10. Yesterday was my second dress fitting, and I now have a pair of shoes and a veil, hurray! I also tried on the necklace Mom sent me and got two comments on how great it looked right off the bat, so I think that might be a keeper as well.
