While I didn't quite make 50 books, which was the unofficial goal of fiveohinohsix, I still think I read more books in 2006 than I have for each of the last few years. Here is the list of what I did read in 2006.

I finally came up with the brilliant idea to add links to my comments/reviews about each book I've read to the master 2006 Reading List. Most of the comments were posted in fiveohinohsix, rather than in my own journal, so I just wanted to update my book keeping.

I finished Star Wars: Betrayal this morning, the first book in the new 6 part Legacy of the Force series, by Aaron Allston. It was surprisingly dark. Well, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised - Star Wars novels haven't had happy endings since they were published by Bantam.

I finished my first book of the year today, The Annotated Dragonlance Chronicles by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman, which is a compendium of the first three Dragonlance Novels: Dragons of Autumn Twilight, Dragons of Winter Night, and Dragons of Spring Dawning. jedimara77 and a couple of her friends started a new community to read 50 books in 2006, and like the good lemming I am, I joined.
