Eye exam
Made an appointment for tomorrow, noon. Here's hoping they can give me same day service on the new lenses. I'd like to keep my frames, but I can't drive home without my glasses.
Not sure what to do about the contacts... I'm tired of walking around blind in costume, and they would sure be handy for skiing next month, but the exam costs extra. And so do the contacts.
The LensCrafters FAQ says, "Sure, you can buy glasses without prescription lenses! Don't miss a great fashion accessory just because you have good eyes!" Who in their right mind would want to wear glasses? Good grief! Although I suppose it would be "cool" too if I could take them off as I please and still be able to see. *roll eyes*
Anyway. Tomorrow. Until then, I'm staying off the computer for a while. It hurts my eyes. :(
