Father’s Day was pretty good. Dad wanted a new garage door opener and for me to cook. So he and I put together a large meal of veggies. I delved into new recipes of corn bread and green bean casseroles, trying to not use the boxed mixes and cream of mushroom soup. They turned out good, but I know I’ve got some experimentation in the future.
