Amusement Has been Had.
While were are the con, Tanner bought me a copy of "The Psychology of Joss Whedon." At first, I thought it'd be one of those pulp reads that's just a bunch of "oh boy, remember when..." books.... but I started reading. The first chapter is titled "Evolutionary Pornography" and really is delving into evolutionary psychology and its connections to observing people succeed and fail.
I am amused.
Still have a few projects I want to get done. Got paid, so spent my extra cash on art supplies (frames %50 off.. can.. no.. resist) and gaming book for Tanner. Need to take the kitties to the vet this month and need tires and shoes and summer clothes and.... I'm not getting paid nearly enough *head desk*
I was rudely awakened last night by the pager for work. A client was calling, very upset and we chatted a couple of minutes until she agreed to go to bed. I wrote down a quick note on her and rolled over to go back to sleep... only to jump back up and check my client list... The girl wasn't even one of our clients. Not even sure how she got the pager number. *sigh* Took me some time to get back to sleep and have been so sleepy all day.
Still have article reviews for class and then a final exam, but not worried. Just need to dive in.
Shoe shopping anyone?
