Come and Smile, Please Stay Here Awhile
Yesterday I did something that I can't even remember in the morning, then I went to Meredith's because we were hungry and there was no food at my house. Went to Panera. Had fights in her kitchen. Discussed how everyone is growing up and we're not haha. Went to see John Tucker Must Die, kind of a disappointment but the people in the audience kept it entertaining. Watched a lot of tv. Got kind of mad at Meredith for like the first time ever. Went to Michael's for some stuff. Lee Chen with Mom. I love the guys who watch you from across the restaurant and if you take a sip of your water they come running and fill it right back up. I appreciate the speedy service!
Today was good and so random. Woke up late. Went to Target for a Yoga Mat and got a lamp. Yoga class with Meredith. The lady was cool, but ended with Moo Shanti Shanti which apparently means something having to do with peace. Whatever, good times. Then I came home and Hannah and I decided to do some hardcore laser quest. Went there, we were Choco & Stix (don't ask.) Then we went in for the second mission and Hannah's thing wouldn't work. But she said it was alright because she could live out her dream of being a terrorist through me and sniping people. I got in random shooting fights with 4th graders, I took them out and wound up getting 14th place out of 36. Not too shabby if I say so myself. Then we got this sweet rockstar drink stuff. It's apparently not reccommended for expectant mothers, nursing mothers, children and anyone sensitive to caffeine. Also, it does not cure illnesses such as cancer. Disappointing but true. Then since we hadn't had dinner we decided we'd go eat some sushi. Ash called us to see if we wanted to go with her to Alex's house and hang out with them, Christine, Ryan and Craig. In the car though my mom flipped out at me and refused to go there but dropped us off at Sushi Inaka in Lawrence and basically told us to be careful and not get raped.
Sushi was good. We didn't know what we were doing. My chopstick skills suck. It's true. Then I had some sweet Green Tea ice cream, it was actually really good. We paid and then went into the parking lot to wait for Hannah's dad. During that time I decided to try and hurdle over bushes. I did the first few well but then they started getting bigger and I wound up standing in the middle of a shrub. Out of the blue Hannah had to pee. So I told her to pop a squat behind H&R block, but it was too well lit for her to feel comfortable so we forgot that. We came up with some sweet bathroom dances and songs. Then when her dad picked us up we made a "pee & run" at Denny's. We played it cool, snuck over to the bathrooms and ran out to the getaway car which was right outside the door. It was good and extremely well planned.
Gabby might be coming to stay with me over Christmas break!! Yeah, I'm pretty darn excited, it's true. Dashboard tomorrow with Meredith! It's at the Opera House. Haha. Should be good times.
