Cool things that bad guys do in the movies

• Address a group of their thugs and henchmen as “gentlemen”.
  
• Come up with an elaborate Rube-Goldbergeseque way to kill the hero when a bullet will be cheaper and more foolproof.
  
• Describe their entire plan to the hero before they put the hero into the elaborate execution device.
  
• Laugh maniacally.
  
• Spend a lot of time and money coming up with a flawlessly detailed scale model of the building that they are going to bomb or rob.
  
• Stand menacingly in backlight before they commit their crimes.
  
• Dress their thugs in recognizable uniforms.
  
• Have a main thug that is very large that crushes something when the hero is mentioned.
  
• Reassure the new guy that his mistake will not be punished, and then have him killed on the way out of the lair.
