I'm not sure if this will come out understandable but i'll try.

I have had sex before and I'm completely ashamed about it.
I know i am not a TRUE virgin but is it possible to wear a purity ring and refuse sex until marriage? I want complete forgiveness but i don't know how to go about that. I realize i sound hypocritical, but i have changed.
