So I've been watching the Sopranos, I know, I know...Anyway - I have a question for the members of this community who aren't Christians, well, anyone can contribute to the discussion, whatevs. ANYWAY - For those of you who have seen it...there's the Priest, there's the weird narcaleptic Christian who dated Janice for a while, and there's his Pastor who comes in Season 6 when T's in the hospital. And is it just me, or do they portray all of them to be these creepy super-smiley Jesus-stars-in-their-eyes cult-like wackos? I mean the pastor, he gave me the creeps....as someone who believes in Christ, it kind of pissed me off that they portrayed all three people in a really strange light. And my question is, when you who aren't believers see stuff like that on TV or in movies, do you think: "Yep, that's a Christian!" Do we look like that? Is that how most of us come across? It was just way too "drink-the-koolaid"...I don't know, thoughts?
