A big thanks to you who gave me book ideas! I am reading John Eldredge's book Walking with God and really enjoying it so far. Still have to borrow NT Wright's latest off of my pastor, but I am discovering some really good books hidden in with the Joyce Meyer drivel and bizzare sci-fi novels about the Rapture. Interesting enough this book was next to the start of the section on Atheism as Waldenbooks. While some of the parts about waiting on God's direct word for menial things seem a bit off-base, and the book can be rambling at times, it is so far theologically sound and fairly straight to the point.
