I think of fulfilling God's will in terms of completeness. I'm sure that I sometimes fulfill God's will, when I abstain from a sin or manage a good work. But I think I'm never completely fulfilling His will. But when I have faith, and then do spiritual exercises like giving thanks, prayer and worship, my life becomes sanctified. Which I think is God's will for me.

I'm not sure what you refer to. Isn't it true that there is a kind of general commandment from God that says, "Do not sin!"? Now, how do I prevent sinning? For one, I have the 10 commandments and when I abstain from the forbidden things I do not sin. But how about my sin nature, my sinful inclinations? They get cleansed when I have faith and love. Faith being a big term here as it includes doing what a christian should be doing, ie seeking a relationship with God via the Holy Spirit.

Thanks for the scripture though. I still read the bible, but not as much as I used to. Right now I feel a certain tiredness from thinking too much about God and our faith. I need some (legal :)) fun in my life. I believe that's in the will of God too.
