Cool Eucharistic Symbolism

I attended church at this rather un-traditional Episcopal Church recently and I loved the way the consecration was done:

The priest takes the host and before breaking it says " Behold what you are! May we become what we receive"

It's just a great illustration of our connectedness to the body of Christ.
