Clueless on LJ

Can anyone answer a settings question for LJ? Lately, I've been getting this message whenever I go to the 'Home' page:




I just keep clicking 'Remind Me Later,' because I'm not really sure of the advantages of either choice. I get what the choices do, just am a little fuzzy which way I want to go. Opinions, anyone?
