Lahra & I went to charity Breast Cancer screening of 'Sex & the City' last night as we had donated some stuff so we got free tickets. It was Gold Class & our goodie bags were filled with food, drinks, spa vouchers, beauty products & discounts to restaurants - very cool! There was an auction to raise money (Lahra ended up winning one for the complete sex & the city DVDs and another handbag!)
The movie was great; I liked the series & didn't have any expectations but it was good. Afterwards there were 3 door prizes & I won one! A 2006 Barossa Valley Shiraz! Yum! That's rather good as G & I have almost finished the bottles of wine we bought in Margaret River after the wedding!
I've been coughing a lot more today but my head isn't feeling so bad. I went for a walk to get groceries & of course, went into Planet & bought a book called 'The Knife of Letting Go' by Patrick Ness.
I feel happy when I buy at least one book a week.
