Lahra had all of us girls' over for dinner last night which was great! Everyone was drinking champagne except me (not that I would drink it normally as one sip puts me on the floor) & we had fresh roti with satay sauce, soy chicken, veggies, tofu & bean sprouts in oyster sauce, rice & prawns in tomato and onions. Kellie made her orgasmically good sticky date pudding - we made her write it down & then Lahra photocopied it so we could all take it home haha
My cold is worse than yesterday... I seem to be coughing up hairballs from my lungs.
Lahra gave us a computer chair as our current one is extremely uncomfortable. This one is an ergonomic chair which you sit on but use your knees in front to keep you upright.
I received a birthday present from my friend A - who sent me a book called 'The Lying Stones of Marrakech' by Stephen Jay Gould. I haven't read any of his other books & I think this book will require deep concentration.
I've been working from home today filling in the wholesale prices for our Stocktake which I have to start soon; although I've been multi-tasking & watching the Tony Awards at the same time.
I am loving this chair.
