(no subject)
so i've gotta admit.. driving is everything i expected it to be. i love being able to just leave if i need something. it's such a convenience. like today.. it's my mom's birthday, and i just went down to reading to pick her up a card and a yankee candle at the hallmark store. i still get a little nervous driving other people in the car. i don't wanna kill anyone... hahah :)
so other than this, things have been okay with me. school has really been stressing me out but i'm trying to deal with it like everyone else has to.
and sometimes i'll sit around and realize that i really don't get involved in enough schoolrelated activities. i don't do the sports thing (although i AM doing the powderpuff football game, that should be hilarious, who's gonna teach me how to play!!!???) and i'm not in a class office or anything. i just don't want to look back on my high school years and regret them. prom's this year, and that's supposed to be some kind of monumental event in every teenage girl's life.. but i'm just sort of dreading it. yes, school spirit.
anyways i can't wait for this week to just get over with already. even though it was a short week, i seriously can't stand being in school. this weekend i think i'm going to take a trip down to the Tufts campus with emily to visit katherine. i can't wait to see her bachelorette pad and chill with some of her friends. i want to go clothes shopping because i've been wearing a different colored turtleneck every day and i think it's time to add some variety to my fall/winter wardrobe. also kevin left goodfellas over my house last weekend and i've been dying to watch it so that's gotta happen sometime in there too. friday i'm babysitting but after that hopefully i can hang out with bethie and shelby! and then sunday i've got like 500 pages of various history reading i have to catch up on.
why are the stores already carrying christmas decor?
i think i had a little too much asti spumante with the birthday dinner hahah but i've still gotta study for a spanish test.
