 So, by the end of res last year I was in the weight loss mindset. Gonna eat healthy, all fruit detox, walk walk walk walk...etc etc. And suprise suprise when I got home that didn't happen. Because i'm a lazy bitch and it was too hot to drag my ass out that door everyday. So after a few 6am walks which ended in a 7:30am job home because the flies were attacking me, I kinda went back to happily doing nothing. No weight was lost, but hey, it wasn't gained either.
Then, just after Christmas, I got sick. Stupid coughing fits that leave me wanting to vomit and pass out due to lack of air. Got so bad the neighbours asked my parents who had the cough because they could hear me from their place. Yeah, all fun stuff. But in the process of all the sickness I stopped eating pretty much. Couldn't make myself. Just felt BLURGH all the time. Slept about 17 hours a day some days cause I just had no energy.
So even though my OMG MUST WALK plans failed, i've still lost 7kgs from being disgustingly sick for 6 weeks. Which Im very aware is a horrible way to lose it, but hey, it's a start. Just wish it was noticable. Also would be lovely if I could get better now...
