I think a thorough apprisal is in order.
Midterm 1 out of 3 is now over. And no, I still don't have good studying habits. I'll start tomorrow, maybe. And maybe there is nothing worse than an indecisive procrastinator.
So now to summarize my past couple of weeks. I've come quite far in my lessons with Lorna, for which I'm rather proud of myself. It's almost time to start preparing for NYOC auditions, which will be fruitless yet educational nonetheless. I have to perform the Chaminade Concertino in flute class next Monday, you all can now download it and suffer anxiety attacks along with me.
I've been making many friends, many of whom are wonderful people who I think I will be fast friends with for a long time. Random enjoyable moment from this week: being in the photocopy room in the music library (a tiny closet that isn't soundproof so you're supposed to be quiet) and singing Take On Me with Kevin (tenor), Garrett (flute) and Sheba (bassoon) while dancing and subsequently being shushed by the librarian. Heehee!
In other random news, my RESP was mailed to my mom's house in Dunnville instead of my dad's house in Hamilton, so I'm not sure when I will get the money; my class piano TA is a bitchy cunt fag who I have yet to find any shred of reason to like or respect or not want to strangulate (harsh words, no?); I have applied to eight Starbucks and dammit I better have an income soon; I've decided to assume every guy is straight until they hit on me; I may be going on a pseudo-date tomorrow; Amy the Artistic is coming from Alberta to visit Charlotte here on campus and I will soon be reaping the benefit of her company; I've hardly heard from ErinMarie at all and I miss her terribly; I will be getting a pithy amount of OSAP on Tuesday; I have a crush on every boy; Alyssa knows Teen Girl Squad and sounds just like them all; I have to buy a tuxedo or something that looks remarkably like one; university leads to maxed out credit cards.
