Two fat sausages sat in a pan. One of them went, "pop!" The other one went... "Holy crap! Joannou's back!"
Actually no, not really. The other kind of said something that went along the lines of, "Holy crap! It's a talking sausage!"
But yes, I'm here. :) Though, it's not really that deserving of a huge mention. Watch me because as soon as I finish typing all of this up, I can nearly guarantee that I will be crawling back under my rock once again. Actually... I am so sure of that that I should be betting money on this. I could use an extra couple of bucks. Too bad I have nothing in my pockets except for a little bit of lint and a pack of chewing gum to bet on.
Anyway, hello. :) My name is Chris Joannou (joe-ann-you), I'm 25 and live in Newcastle, Australia and for a while back there I was the bass player in the band silverchair with my mates Dan and Ben. Even though that's no longer happening, we all still manage to catch up every now and then for a drink and the occasional jam.
I wish I could say that things have been happening, but nothing eventful has happened, unfortunately. Unless you count gaining weight and developing the beginnings of a not too shabby beer gut. ;) No, I kid. I'm still playing bass and messing about with music, so everything's been going well. :)
Good to see so many familiar and friendly faces.
