Nope I'm entering the pre-bookshop seclusion. Becoming stranded in Meadowhall will solve the problem of remaining incommunicado for tomorrow.

I'd probably just be mildly interested and excited if it weren't for the input of living with a 7 year old Potter fan. The last book release, he was too young to stay out till midnight and had to make do with the Amazon morning delivery. School holidays have JUST started here. The whole thing feels timed to perfection and like anything that shows perfection potential, hugely vulnerable.

Buying a Potter book at Midnight, that sounds like an experience he'll remember!

With typical resort to superlative he describes it as the most exciting evening of his life. He developed a sorting hat routine which went down very well. He now intends to read all night. I intend to wait for him to sleep and swipe his book. I doubt I'll need to wait all that long.
