let me count the ways...
- They give me a piddling credit limit of $300.
- They freeze a payment that went through from my checking account (run by different bastards) requiring me to call up and have them bug the other bank, which is probably gonna end up costing me some charge or something.
- I supposedly get more rewards points(!) from places labeled as grocery stores and gas stations. The groceries and gas I have bought have come from an Other and a Vehicle Service.
- When I do request a credit limit they decline.
- They give me an ugly card.
I just wanted another hundred on my limit so I could buy a shiny new monitor with a credit card and pay it off when it was due. Guess I'll have to do it the old fashioned way and buy it with the big pile of money I have in my savings that is building up interest. I love you ING, you are so big and orange. Although I'll probably be pissed at them if I ever try to actually take money out of the account.
To Chase Banks credit (haha!) though, I must say that their customer care representatives were very polite and dealt with my issue in a timely manner.
