Ohhhh, team building exercise 99...
I am such a messy cook, it's unbelievable. Today I made this really yummy pasta dish with fried vegetables and chicken and I got all creative with herbs and stuff, but the mess afterwards was unbelievable. Dishes and frying pans and the worksurface was a tip and man. It'd be OK if I lived on my own cause I can clean it up in my own time and everything'd be dandy, but soon there will be four people using a fairly smallish kitchen. Not to mention I set off the smoke alarm yesterday whilst making pancakes... it was worth it, because the pancakes were delicious and fruity, but still. Maybe I should stick to the microwave meals after all.
To Do List
- Hand in my job application to *CENSORED* (>.>)
- Sort out the kitchen and generally prepare the house for Mark's arrival tomorrow (yay!)
- Go to HSBC and beg them to stop taking my money
- Go to the Finance Office and beg them to give me some money
- Download some Flight of the Conchords music
- Mug an elderly woman so I can buy some picture frames, notice boards, rugs and throws
- Stop drinking Sprite Zero like it's going out of fashion
- Sort out my disseration ;_;
- STUDY KANJI!
- Write JET application
I watched some Monty Python last night. I really don't think it's my kind of humour, I ended up getting bored and giving up watching most of them halfway through.
FINALLY, Heroes has finished loading. I've literally been waiting all day for this. Goddamn crappy internet.
