Have you ever seen You've Got Mail? If you haven't, Meg Ryan's character has the same problem - not being able to tell someone exactly what you want to say at the moment you want to say it. I think a lot of us have that problem. I know I do. I've always had a problem with telling people exactly what I think of them or of a situation - mainly, I think, because I often don't know what I think. I don't know exactly what I think of it until I've had a chance to soak it all in. And really, I'm usually okay with that. It is better a lot of times to simply let people go on with their lives. I have faith that eventually they will learn the lesson they need to. They'll figure out what you already know and they'll do it in their own time. Like you said, it usually won't make that much of a difference at the time. And I believe that's probably because they aren't ready for it yet. It takes time for different people to learn different lessons
