welcome to another exciting episode of our show. i would have to rate today mostly yeah! didn't spend much time outside 'cause is was kinda cold. did get in the google app, which is about my best thing for the day. updating careerbuilder was good. got the recycled bottles and cardboard out. got some spicy hot wings of my own particular devising in the oven and gonna settle in to watch i <3 huckabees shortly. all cool. also straightened up the apartment.

i should know not to predict agita from technology. technology reads my blog. i got the desk cleared off. rearranged the synthesizer and the drum machine and the modem and the phone and the boombox and the speakers so that everything is set up... not "harmoniously," but not in open hostilities amongst themselves. i even got garageband to recognize the synth as a midi input device. w00t, right?

but finale runs under os 9 and doesn't even comprehend usb ports. this software is still looking for midi devices hooked up to the "printer port" and the "modem port!" i'm off in search of a patch to gently explain to my old software that most people don't even have a printer port anymore. sigh. maybe the software's just too old. but i think there'll be some kind of patch. if technology continues to balk me, i shall turn to the acoustic guitar. oh, yes, technology, i have my ways around you...!

and i still really need to do dishes....
