There is a clause in our contracts that allow the administration to do otherwise, but only in dire circumstances.

It is his fault entirely, but the deficit is far too great for us to bear if we took out only Kakashi's share. It has been decided that this will only be a temporary solution to our problem until things get sorted with Kakashi and our lawyers. Staff members will be reimbursed once the initial phase is over.
