Had to skip Friday - my lower left leg muscles were giving me some pain and my joints felt really sore for some reason. Ended up waiting until 11p.m. today (Saturday Night) to do my workout, but I succeeded.
1. 200 Jumping Jacks
2. Warmup stretches
3. 5kg Dumbbell Sumo squats, 10 reps
4. 5kgX2 Dumbbell Lateral raise, 10 reps
5. 5kgX2 Dumbbell Stepup, 10 reps
6. 5kgX2 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press, 6 reps
7. 5kgX2 Dumbbell Swiss Ball Bulgarian Split Squat, 8 reps
8. 5kg Dumbbell Elbow-in-one-arm Row, 8 reps
9. 5kg Dumbbell incline sit-up bench Weighted Crunch, 10 reps
10. 5kgX2 Dumbbell Swiss-ball shoulder press, 8 reps
11. 5kgX2 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift, 8 reps
12. Pull-up station Dip, 6 reps
13. Cooldown stretches

Time: 30 minutes
Goal Type: Sustain and challenge - increase active sessions and maintain level of activity
Two more weeks of this and I'll switch to two circuits per sesson. Things seems to be working though - my clothes seem to be fitting better. Slowly but surely, a few centimeters at a time...
In other news, at work today I had to do parent-teacher conferences, but strangely enough I only had to meet one. Seems that the other parents had something come up at the last minute and cancelled. Less work for me I guess, but I had some things to talk about with a few of the student's parents. Oh well.
