What's up everybody? I know I haven't updated in awhile, and I saw everyone updating so I felt that I had to. Now everyone has updated except for bad, BAD Kevin! He'll get an earful from me, Jenn, don't you worry. ;)
So...what's new with me? Let's see..Thursday was a bit of a hectic day. I managed to get an interview at a nursery school for autistic children aged 2 - 6. It sounds like a really interesting job and it pays $10/hr, so I would love to get it! Hopefully I'll find out whether I did or not on Monday. Cross your fingers everyone! Anyways, I had to go in with my dad super early since he is taking a course downtown, but my interview wasn't until 3. I managed to pass the time well though. I went to Starbucks in the morning, which is so very un-me since I think it's kinda evil, but I got converted to their evil ways. I found out that you can make ANY of their drinks decaf, which is awesome! I had a white chocolate mocha latte and later I tried a sample of the double chocolate chip iced latte...both were sooo good! Of course it cost me almost 4 bucks but it was so very tasty. After that I read books in Chapters for almost two hours then looked around in the Rideau Centre. They have some new VERY cool shops! Oh...le sigh, how I wish I had money. :P
Yesterday I taught at the school but I had the morning off, which was nice. I finally saw Kill Bill Volume 1 yesterday. It was pretty amusing, although I don't think it was quite as amazing as Jenn and Dan made it out to be. :P I'll have to see Volume 2 when it comes out on video...I've heard it's a lot better than the first.
Today Jenn, Mom and I went shopping and I got a new pair of sunglasses. Stupid sunglasses...I can't win. I refuse to buy expensive ones because I know I'll lose them, but cheap ones break so damn easily. Jenn and I picked out our engagement rings and beautiful jewellery. I'm such a sucker for jewellery. I decided I'd better go into psychiatry rather than psychology so I can buy all these expensive things ;). Tonight I think that Kevin is going to make me a nice dinner and that I'll probably stay over for the night.
