I can't believe my time in Dijon is over already. We've really only been in France for 5 weeks, but I'm still going to miss all our French friends a TON. Romain has already left, Sephora leaves tomorrow, then it's Lars' turn on Sunday... Poor Julien will be here all by himself! =( We're going to have one final dinner together tonight. It should be fun.
Six weeks and about 1800 photos later, I suppose it's time to move on. So much has happened on this trip; I'm still trying to take it all in. I have now been to Positano and Rome in Italy, Interlaken-Switzerland, Munich-Germany and Dijon, Nice, Beaune, Autun, Vezeley and Paris in France. Not bad for my first time out of the country...
I'm so excited to be going back to the good ol' US of A, but at the same time I feel as though I'd like to spend more time here. Oh well, I'm sure I'll make it back to Europe someday. Or maybe I'll go somewhere completely different. South Africa Maybe? In the year 2010? It's quite possible. Hah. Anyhow, maybe I'll write an entry for each of the weekend trips we took while we were here. I don't know when though. I suppose it depends on whether or not we have internet access in Maine. Euh, on vera.
Il sera très difficile à retourner aux Etas-Unis où je ne pourrai plus parler en français. Mais ce n'est pas grave. Peut-être que je peux écrire à nos amis français pour m'occupper de la langue. Encore, on vera. Maintenant, l'heure est arrivée où je dois partir. Donc, à plus tard!
