Going to the Halloween Dance on Wednesday at the comm college... with the Boy, of course. We wanted to go as Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett, but couldn't afford the costumes. We had a whole list of costume ideas, and no money...
So we're going as a sort of Sid and Nancy-style punk couple instead. Which should be interesting, as I kind of dress like that all the time and all he ever wears is khakis and rugby shirts and workboots.
It was his idea to go as punks, though he insisted that we do not go as emo-kids.
Expect an interesting picspam.
The Jumble fic turned out nicely, I guess. Took for freaking ever, though, and now I have to go write an essay about Sylvia Plath's poem "Metaphors", re-write my Kabbalah paper (as I got two of my resources confused on the works-cited page) and try to finish another chapter for the WIP. I'm working on all three at the moment but I think it's time for a snack/nap/hot bath.
