Hi there! It's been a while! We used to chat about Japan a lot back in the day. I thought I would drop by and let you know that I got accepted into Interac of Japan, and that I will be leaving to go teach English in Japan next spring! Hope you're doing well. ^_^

I really hope I can go back for travelling at least, but it really doesn't look like Japan will open up for tourists any time soon and as long as the Russian area is completely off for flights, it's difficult to go from Europe to Asia anyways.....

Yes, I saw how airlines divert around Russia. It looks like a pain. Anyway, I hope things will settle down by next year in Japan when i have to go.

A co-worker is supposed to go to Japan in May for work and it's been a very complicated process. We still don't know if he can actually go.

Yeah, it's pretty crazy.

In any case, I hope to document my adventures in Japan either here, or perhaps youtube. I have been thinking about vlogging it, too. I have friends and family here at home who have supported me throughout this whole process, and I'm sure they would love to know about what I'm up to while I'm there.
