I was finishing some leftover ganache with my brother and my sister until something hit me. So, I made a list of the uses of ganache.
Uses of Ganache
- To spread on cakes and cupcakes.
- Made into truffles like the ones you see in overpriced chocolate stores and can be given as gifts for special occasions.
- Eaten as a spread on bread (think Nutella).
- To be spread on waffles and pancakes.
- As fillings for pastry.
