1. Today was the first day I didn't feel the pressure of I NEED TO GET THINGS DONE FOR CHRISTMAS. It's probably because I finished the vast majority of what I needed to and because my goal was to have today, tomorrow, and Sunday off, and I met it! (I almost always make presents of various types every year, and I'm very often making/finishing things at midnight on Christmas Day.)
So that meant today was the most Christmasy day I've felt yet. There's a very particular feeling I got during Christmas as a kid. Some special kind of happiness/calm/love combination? I don't know how to describe it, but I only ever feel it in the Christmas season (or if I'm listening to songs in July, which happens sometimes). I don't feel it as much as an adult, and some years I feel it very little or not at all, which was how this December had been going. Who knew I'm happier if I'm more relaxed?
It was also that I got quality time with people. I got time with Team BFF and Team Sister, and it was all lovely. Only downside was that Dosling is sick (poor dear), which means not only is he miserable and Bro-in-Law (his main caregiver right now) miserable, but it changed plans and I didn't get to see my mom and Older Sister like we originally planned. But it's okay - I'll see them tomorrow. Tomorrow is Bro-in-Law's immediate family's standard dinner and Christmas Vacation viewing, which is always nice.

Here's details on Pokemon Go's end-of-year event! Incubators and hatching and starters! Yay!
3. Yuletide stories going live soon! I can't wait. I didn't do it formally this year, but I wrote a couple treats and looked over someone else's story super fast. It's always a highlight of my year.
4. Now I'm going to watch some TV and play Stardew Valley (which Older Sister just bought me, yay). Early bed, and more fun tomorrow, I hope!
