Oh, so it’s Christmas Eve today and I’m decorating Christmas Tree (avoiding my family, geez, I’m so antisocial these days, but I have my reasons), my mum is urging me  to try every dish she makes, and I’m playing the Great Connesaire of Flavours - which I’m not. But I do know when the beetroot soup misses something in the flavor and how to fix it.

Having a national church Holiday in the middle of the week - yeah, that’s definitely for me! I didn’t realize I was so sleep deprived (thanks to family visit and having to sleep on the mattress and also worry about being a nice host), but now I’m refreshed and so happy!

So, one part of the family came and went, now I’m waiting for the other one. My chocolate cake is so good that I actually have to bake another one, coz it was on the table whole 10 minutes :p I’m glad I could make something tasty for my parents, usually it’s the other way round.
