I'm visualizing this word in my mind, but its location is unreachable.  I'm trying to think of a word to describe someone who only considers one point of view. Example: A woman wrote an article about how women are horribly abused by the media and that the influence the media has on society is why so girls are abused and objectified outside of the media.  She made some very valid points, but she said words like "maybe," "might," "probably," and "many" which made it seem less factual and more emotional.  She also made some female chauvinistic remarks AND implied that men do not have the same problems that women do from the media.  I found evidence that almost the same amount of men undergo the trials of women in this sense, but she just assumed that they didn't.

What is a word that I could use for this author to describe her narrow-mindedness and assumptive attitude?
