So... Managed to drag myself to the doctor - as in I didn't want to go, not as in I was literally dragging I felt so awful - and I am not ded. Which is good. They gave me a Z-pack and said The Thing could last 3-4 weeks, unfortunately. Still not sure exactly what it is I have, but at least it ain't an ear infection. Still have a mild fever

I'm very glad you're not ded!! *huggles* And good for you for dragging yourself. Believe me, I know how that is. (What's a Z-pack? Does it... fend off zombies? It sounds like it should.)

*snugs* Me too. Yeah, I needed the piece of mind. Especially before the long drive through many bits of middle-of-nowhere. :) And I'm sure my parents will be relieved. (Hee, I wish that's what it did... It's a pretty standard antibiotic pack they give you down here. Two the first day and then one tablet for four more days. I think the name of the drug is actualllllly azithromyacin or somesuch. Hence the Z, I guess. Heh. I always thought it was because they set the tablets into a card in the shape of a Z sorta... :D)
