So... Managed to drag myself to the doctor - as in I didn't want to go, not as in I was literally dragging I felt so awful - and I am not ded. Which is good. They gave me a Z-pack and said The Thing could last 3-4 weeks, unfortunately. Still not sure exactly what it is I have, but at least it ain't an ear infection. Still have a mild fever apparently. But my blood pressure is good! Woot! (I was a little surprised at that, actually.)
Aaaaand now that you all have been unnecessarily caught up on my health... Maybe we should talk about something else for a change, hmm?
