Stupid Modern Fabric Stores!
Help, oh fabric gurus!
So, I'm now making a wool, winter livery coat for Mount Vernon. The problem is, though, that white or slightly off-white wool broadcloth, or something approximate, is proving extremely difficult to locate! All I've been able to find so far is $56/yard at Wm. Booth, and that is probably not going to fly, because I need 3 yards of it!
So, any brilliant sources of good white wool broadcloth?
(I'm having no problem finding the red wool I need...it's just the freaking white!)
