txvoodoo posted a link to a Personality Test. Being at a crossroads of sorts in my life right now, I welcomed any kind of answers.

I'm apparently an INTJ Type Person, meaning: Introverted Intuitive Thinking Judging. Which could be true, I guess... although I truly cannot get a definitive answer on the Extrovert/Introvert Q, I seem to get those randomly either way, really depends on the day, on how I feel, how I look, etc.

with a qualitative analysis as follows: slightly expressed introvert, slightly expressed intuitive personality, slightly expressed thinking personality, moderately expressed judging personality.

[ETA]
I find this, for the most part, surprisingly accurate!

INTJs may appear to project an aura of self-confidence.

INTJs are perfectionists, with a seemingly endless capacity for improving upon anything that takes their interest.

pragmatism is so characteristic of the type.

INTJs display an unusual independence of mind, freeing them from the constraints of authority, convention, or sentiment.

what INTJs "do" tends to be what they "know". Typical INTJ career choices are in the sciences and engineering.

Personal relationships, particularly romantic ones, can be the INTJ's Achilles heel. the knowledge and self-confidence that make them so successful in other areas can suddenly abandon or mislead them in interpersonal situations.

Perhaps the most fundamental problem, however, is that INTJs really want people to make sense. instead of expecting inexhaustible affection and empathy from a romantic relationship, the INTJ will expect inexhaustible reasonability and directness.

I do believe, I seek all of the above - affection and reasonability, empathy and directness - don't we all?
and I delight in flirting! so they didn't cover that point all that well.

INTJs are extremely private people, which makes them easy to misread and misunderstand.

spot-on on the 'misread front', however I'd hardly choose impassive as a good term for me - though I do get you could make that assumption about me at times - I'm not what you'd call empathic, yet am often exuberant, so here's a contradition of sorts.

And hey, I scored Jane Austen as a Famous INTJ!
