Chin who's chewing his fur

My husband and our two chinchillas recently moved and ever since the move Roku has been chewing his fur on his forelegs and a tiny bit on his belly. I think it's stress from the move and hopefully will settle. They actually have a bigger place for us to let them out to run around in here, we put a baby gate up in one hallway and the have the run of half the apt, but I wish there was something I could do to help him. In the past he's pulled fur out of his compatriot so now they live in separate cages. I've gotten him a few wooden chew toys, lava blocks and one of those woven hay things for him to chew on. We feed them Oxbow hay and food. Does anyone have an suggestions for helping him feel safe and calm in his new home? Any good things to distract him? Any signs I should be looking for to take him to the vet?
