(no subject)
The game was cancelled due to the field conditions and puddles everywhere and the freezing cold weather we had this morning. We are attempting to reschedule...but it won't be on a work day. We at least had our pizza party after the game with the other dept. So basically we wasted a half a day...and I was home by 6:45 or so...about an hour earlier than usual, so I can't complain.
I dont think I've posted it here..but one of the teachers I worked with for a few years passed away last week. I had heard her cancer came back, but one of the other teachers emailed me and let me know she passsed away. Tina was an awesome lady and if you've ever heard me say BAH-LAH (blah)...we all got that from her. I need to send a card to her husband who we all called Mr. Tina. Now one of the assistant teachers is in the hospital recovering from surgery to remove cancer and she had a mild stroke. Her son was my assistant for a few years when I taught summer camp. If you're feeling religious this holiday season..please remember them all in your prayers.
