Valentine's Day
Boy seems that I'm already bushed, and the week is not even halfway over. I called Buffy, but she wasn't much with the talking goodness. Said she wasn't feelin' very good. That she actually has a flu. Which is weird, since she usually never gets sick. I told her to get plenty of rest and not stress out so much. All work and no play makes for a not so good Buff. At least she has a super mom that will care for her when she's under the weather. That does give me an idea, I should call in sick, and take tomorrow off. Yet think Anya would nag me to death if I did that. Though could always tell her it's a paid workday. That usually works. And what she doesn't know won't hurt her... or me.
Anyway, Buffy said there needs to be a good old scooby get together at the Magic Box. Real life has really been screwing things up lately. So the gang does need to get back on the same page. Buff also asked if I'd check up on Willow. I tried to call Will. But just got the answering machine. Yet do think that Buffy might be right. That Will isn't doing too good this Valentines Day. Isn't easy being single at this time of year. Especially when her two best friends are in relationships. So will have to drop by soon to see how things are going. Try to cheer her up if I can.
As for myself. This Valentine's Day ended up being allot better than last year. For one thing, unlike last year where I didn't have the cash to buy Anya a gift. This time I was a good boyfriend. I bought my girl a dozen red roses and a gold heart pendant. So yay for me. And although we both was too exhausted from work to celebrate with a romantic evening. We've made arrangements to go out for dinner and a movie later in the week. Gettin' to spend some quality time with my girl is one thing I have to look forward too. She is my Valentine, and I'll always love her.
