Mason deffinitely has fleas. I don't know why he didn't get them that badly in the summer, but he certainly has them now that it's freaking fall/winter! He's always scratched a bit, but it's gotten worse, and I've found at least 3 fleas on him in the last couple of days. He's taking Sentinel, but it's either not working, or he's just gotten a bunch of adults on him in the last week or so. It's supposed to work by stopping the lifecycle of the fleas, correct? Well, what do I do for him NOW? I mean he's being bitten right now by the adults, regardless of whether he'll have babies on him or not.

We have an indoor cat too, but I've never noticed her scratching or any fleas on her (she's not really my cat though, and I don't spend a lot of time with her. She hangs out more with my other roomates than me). I don't take care of her vet stuff at all, my roomate and his parents do. So if she needs some meds then I can probably get them for her too.

Would it be possible just to get rid of the fleas over the next month? Because by December it should be cold enough that there aren't anymore fleas around.
