So my beloved has been making cheese. He started with soft cheese, and made some pretty good cheese! Now he has moved on to hard cheese, and it's fantastic! Tastes like a nice Colby. Anyway, his first effort produced 3 lbs of cheese from 3 gallons of milk. I love cheese, and think it is the best use for milk ever invented. Now I have it in my head ( Read more... )
