I saw 'Wanted' with Diana last night. I usually tend to go for the lighter, rom com movies or comedies, so this was a bit different for me. But I loved it! Great action, gorey but not over the top and some very clever use of close ups/slow motion. It has some great actors in it too, Angelina Jolie who was as sexy as ever, Morgan Freeman who was great in his role (maybe a bit different for him?) and James McAvoy was hot, and great as well (although at first he made me think about The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and Mr Tumnus which was odd lol) Definitely recommended if you're after a bit of action and something fast paced.

Another book for the 60 book challenge too. The review's under the cut:

Title: The Secrets of the Black Canons
Author: Iris Collier
Blurb: The date is September 1538. Having been left a widower by Jane Seymour's death, Henry VIII is looking for a new wife. Cromwell has put forward the Princess of Cleves, a marriage which will bring Henry an alliance with the Protestant princes of Europe.
Meanwhile near to Nicholas Peverell's Sussex estate, the body of a young girl is found washed up on shore. At first it is feared she has taken her own life but, in this capacity as justice of the peace, Nicholas soon comes to the conclusion that Sarah Bowman has been murdered.
A skilled needlewoman, Sarah had worked at the nearby Augustinian priory of Monksmere until Henry had ransacked the monesteries and ordered their dissolution. But, despite a hefty reward offered for information regarding Sarah's murder, the people on Monksmere seem reluctant to talk, especially about anything regarding the former occupants of the priory  the mysterious order of clerics known as the Black Canons....
Thoughts: I mainly picked up this book because it was set during the Tudor era. I don't usually read mysteries and I know why, if others are anything like this book, although there are probably much better ones out there. I struggled through this book, mainly because I wanted to find out what had happened to Sarah, hoping at the end there would be a 'ohhhhh' sort of moment and a feeling of satisfaction after I'd put the book down. Unfortunately that didn't come, the outcome wasn't terribly exciting or even hinted at at all through a book. I think this is my first negative review, but there you go lol Not a horrible book, but just didn't really interest me in any way.
