What an AWESOME b-day so far...
FIrst of all, my little brother sent me a card. He has never sent me a card so it was kind of a big deal. And you could tell he picked it out. It was very much his personality. I am still waiting on a card from mom and maybe grandma.
Then Carl came to town last night and he took me to the Gurst Haus for dinner in Nashville. AMAZING! It was so tasty. I had weiner schnitzel... in one word: yum!
And after the SAI function last night, Jessica handed me my birthday present from her, Brittney, Maggie, and Lauren. It was really little and squishy. So I unwrapped it and it was pink fabric with black dots. So I pulled it out and waved it around and said thanks. Then Brittney and Jessica started yelling at me not to shake it. That I was going to drop it. So we had to look all over the floor because there was nothing folded in the fabric. And while Brittney and I were looking around, Jessica went to her bag and pulled out my real present... AN SAI JACKET!!!!! EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN WANTING! It is so cute. It is a black jacket but the letters are pink with black dots on a lime green background. The letters look like a water melon. And on the from it has my name in pink and on the pocket, it says <3 your family! THAT IS SUCH AN AWESOME GIFT! I wish it was cold outside today. I wore my jacket even though it was warm outside.
What am I doing for my b-day? Well Debbie, my boss, said I could take off work for most of the day. She said I could work from 8-9:30 and then go home. AWESOME! Then Carl and I have hair appointments at 10. Then we are going to lunch at Eds. MMMM Nachos! And I have to go home and clean up because Carl and I are taking engagement pictures today. Too cute! Then there is a chance that Carl is taking me to Patti's for my b-day. AWESOME! I have never been! And I have rehearsal at 9 tonight. Such a busy b-day.
Tomorrow begins my personal hell. JACKIE IS COMING!!!!!
