Saturn just called me back. They will NOT pay for the full replacement of the vehicle. Not only that, but there is a class action lawsuit against them FOR THE TRANSMISSION. Ok, ya think that they would want to replace it and make someone happy? NO ( Read more... )

that's insane! The dude in WA told you you'd get reimbursed - otherwise you probably would have left it there or tried to get it taken care of there. A $200 plane ticket is much cheaper than $1000 to tow it back to CO.

To their point, if they were to accept full responsibility for this and pay for the repairs outright, they would be admitting fault and that probably didn't go over with their legal team very well.

doesn't make it right.
