Saturn just called me back. They will NOT pay for the full replacement of the vehicle. Not only that, but there is a class action lawsuit against them FOR THE TRANSMISSION. Ok, ya think that they would want to replace it and make someone happy? NO.
Not only that, but they say that they do not have the ability to reimburse for the tow. Fuck that. I started crying on the phone and honestly I told her I was not being unreasonable because if it had gone out even 2-3 min later we could have gotten killed and does that matter to them? NO! They made a bad fucking transmission and they won't even accept responsibility for it. Fuckers.
She said she would look into it more but not to hold my breath. Fuck her.
