"No, no, I mean I didn't say it myself, I was just passing on what I heard...er, from several illegal Indian bookmakers of the sort who appear to be ruining cricket. No, I'm not going to explain how I happened to be talking to them."
Not sure if this means that I am legally allowed to say that I heard a man in the pub say that Ijaz Butt is an incompetent fool and yet another in a long line of self-serving and corrupt officials who have let Pakistan's cricketers and entire country down. Just reporting what I heard, you know.
