Rogers

My work mobile phone is on the fritz. I've had the manufacturer's tech support try to fix it and they think it needs replacing which must be done through our corporate provider who is none other than the utterly vile Rogers. Needless to say I have spent most of the morning being screwed around by the usual mixture of liars and incompetents who seem to make up the bulk of the Rogers workforce. This is notthe first time I have had this kind of experience with them.

"customer service? surely you jest"
