A Dingle Anniversary
Married on simday 10, Harvey and Keri Dingle celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on simday 35, during week 5. Being the evil romantic that he is, Harvey decided to take Keri on a little trip to Takemizu in order to celebrate their 25 years together.
For most of week 5, Keri kept rolling wants to take a vacation to Takemizu. Harvey thought their 25th wedding anniversary would be a great time to do just that. So Harvey arranged for a babysitter and booked a 3 night trip for just the two of them. Just look at how happy Keri looks as she gets into the taxi!
They arrive in Takemizu and decide to stay in the villas which have a little more privacy than the regular hotels.
Harvey can be very romantic, but don't forget just how evil he really is!
The love-birds wanted to really experience all that Takemizu had to offer, so they bought kimonos and spent some time meditating. That's what all the locals were doing, so why not? And for the first time, I got to see a sim levitate! That was pretty neat.
Harvey and Keri found the old map back when this was a BaCC and they spent most of their time digging for treasure. So they headed out to the Pagoda in the Shadows and met an odd old man. Harvey immediately told the man that he was a criminal, and the old man seemed a little surprised to hear that. But they befriended the old man nonetheless, and he soon told them a secret dragon legend.
Next on the Dingle itinerary was to take a riverboat tour. I didn't answer the question correctly and they both came back sicker than dogs. They barely got out of the cab before vomiting all over the street. Poor kids!
They also spent some time relaxing at their villa. They slept in late, cuddled, woohoo'd a little, ordered room service, and woohoo'd a little more.
They soaked in hot springs...
got a massage...
and learned tai chi.
Keri got lucky with the wishing well thingy, although she's already at the top of her career so she doesn't need the blessing it gave her.
They tried new food and learned how to play mahjong.
They also learned the local custom of bowing.
And Harvey still had plenty of time to be evil (and a little silly!).
All in all, they had a very romantic vacation that made them fall in love with each other all over again.
And they brought home lots of souvenirs to remember their 25th anniversary for years to come. So, happy 25th anniversary Harvey and Keri Dingle! May you have many, many more!

When I first entered their lot to send Harvey and Keri on this little vacation, poor E.T. had this fear. Maybe he can feel that his father is being unfaithful?
I have never seen this chair recolor before! It's pretty.
According to ACR, Keri has the hots for this guy. She sure isn't picky when it comes to men! As a side note, Harvey scoped the room too and he was attracted to Keri the most out of all the women in there (and there were lots to choose from). So maybe he's not quite as evil as we thought.
This is probably why Keri hates Harmony Clock so much! It seems that she has the hots for Keri's husband!
And finally, Harvey and Keri spent most of the trip talking about having another baby. Neither of them rolled any wants or tried to have one via ACR, but it sure looked like they were thinking about it!
